Sainsbury’s is committed to investing in Penrith and getting the stalled New Squares development back on track.

Sainsbury’s proposes to fund the entire retail and residential project, and for us to be able to do this we propose to make some minor amendments to the original scheme which was under construction.

Sainsbury’s will submit a planning application to Eden District Council in the coming weeks, but before we do that, we want to know what you think about these amendments.
